Each of the products sold on LMNOP.co.in have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from the Warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor.
Incase your Order Consists of Multiple Brand Products and its a COD Order, the customer is liable to pay the COD Value as and when the Products are Delivered. Some Brands Are Pre Paid Only, and COD is not available for them.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, LMNOP cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
A shipping and handling charge of Rs 190 is levied for orders worth Rs. 2,999 and below. For orders worth Rs 3000 & more, shipping is free.
In case of a cancellation of an order, the same needs to be communicated to us to via WhatsApp at +91 8595 797078 within 6 hours of placement of order with your Order Number and Details.
We cannot Refund your money on Order Cancellation and will Offer you a Credit Note which will be valid for a period of 1 month and you can use it to purchase anything else from the same brand on the Website.
Personalised products (for example- which have kids' name/initials imprinted) orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on email@example.com within 24 hours and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service on subsequent orders in future.
We offer a hassle-free 10 days Exchange policy only on Clothing**. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition (is damaged or defective), or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, or there is a size Issue, we can offer you an Exchange of the Product from the Same Brand. Please follow the these steps to initiate an exchange.
- You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 8595 797078 within 3 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to Exchange. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
- Once we receive your request, we will share the Warehouse Address with you, and you can ship the Product with Original Packaging and Tags to our Warehouse.
Please note the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check.
- Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will allow you to Re Order from a Range of Products from the Same Brand/ Re Order a Different size of the same product using a Discount Code which will be shared with you.
**Only Clothing and Nightwear can be Exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products. LMNOP.co.in is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed.
Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91 8595 797078 or email us at email@example.com
For COD Orders Above Rs. 10,000, 50% advance needs to be transferred, only then the order stands confirmed and we will process the Order.
For certain customised orders/ Brands you might be required to make the full payment in advance as they do not offer COD Service. This can be done via a payment link we will generate for you, or you could do a Bank Transfer. For assistance, please Call/WhatsApp us at +91 8595797078.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the order along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
